Reflection

Communicative tool is a two way process which includes sender and the receiver. we have been already using communicative tool starting from our high school days especially during the time of pandemic and we use it in our day to day life. we use different forms of social media to communicate and learn from each other. We use apps like Blog, E-mails, zoom, skype, google classroom among others to communicate and learn. We were introduced to what is communicative tool, why do we integrate communicative tool in our classroom and how do we integrate it in our classroom. we also looked through two types of communicative tool which are synchronous and asynchronous. Synchronous is communication happening at a real time like video conferencing, zoom among others and asynchronous is communication that doesn't happen at a real time like E-mails and messages among others. Communicative tool must be integrated in order to communicate, learn from each other and make learning more engaging and we use Google docs, google slides, mote app and social media apps in our classrooms. 

Google classroom is one of the most effective communicative tool for teachers to assign tasks and provide reading and learning materials where student's can read. we were taught how to create google classroom, add and invite students and adding materials like power point slides, PDF files, videos, audio and instructions. We were even taught how to assign assignments and quiz questions. 

Here is the steps to create google classroom:

1. Open google classroom app either through classroom.google.com/webstore/Google for education.
2. Add Welcome note to the class.
3. Add Co- tutor
4. Upload the materials, power point slides, PDF, Video, Audio, instructions.
5. Assign assignment questions.
6. Add quiz questions.
